Contains papers and reports on Ty Toronto's community field work, a list of schools that attended, reports of youth initiative projects in the Valleys during the period, a list of contacts within the Valleys communities, and a handwritten copy of a speech concerning the work of Ty Toronto.

Contains reports on the community field work of Ty Toronto in the following communities : Penrhys, Newtown, Glyncorrwg, Tylorstown, Ynysawdre, and Glyncoch. There is also a copy of the Glyncorrwg Community Council report to the National Coal Board, and Community Association pamphlets produced by the communities.

Contains details of the services provided by the Community Councils interviewed, and a list of Community Councils and clerks in Mid Glamorgan and the Valleys.

Contains reports concerning the survey of community buildings and groups. There is also a list of questions asked by the interviewer, and a report on the results of the survey.

Correspondence and papers from the South Wales Community Work Forum, the Community Work Information Centre, and The Council of Social Service for Wales Inc, regarding meetings of the forum, conferences, and other issues that relate to community work within the Valleys. Also includes copies of notes of forum meetings, a list of individuals interested in community work in the Valleys, and Community Work Information Centre Review (1974-75).

Correspondence from members of the steering group regarding meetings, including the accompanying minutes, and papers which were discussed. There is also a copy of a report produced by the forum concerning community work in Wales.

Contains correspondence, papers and minutes from the Community Work Group, which was a national organisation created under the auspices of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation. There is also a list of members of the group.

MNC/TT/31/12 Ty Toronto: South Wales Anti Poverty Action Centre correspondence and papers.
Contains minutes, memorandum and articles of association, agenda, correspondence, and circulars regarding the work of the South Wales Anti Poverty Action Centre. Includes a copy of their application for funding from the European Economic Community Anti Poverty Programme and the Government, and plans for a proposed action centre to be located in Bethesda Chapel, Merthyr Tydfil. Also correspondence from the Adamsdown Community Trust, one of the controlling organisations of SWAPAC.

Contains registration forms for the conference proposing a federation, along with a proposed constitution and a report from the development group.
