Papers
The Personal Papers collection consists of material that has been deposited by people
connected with the South Wales Coalfield. The material comes from a variety of sources,
including MP's to those who worked in the pits.
They reflect the lives and interests of those involved in the South Wales Coalfield and its communities: its correspondence, newscuttings, copies of speeches, and notebooks are just a few examples of the varied content of the collection.
The material is listed alphabetically. It should be noted that the material contained in the collection may have little or no relevance to the person named - often they are simply the depositor.
